Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

• We arrange intercity chauffeur transfers (ground transport with a driver) requested by consumers via our website and related order/lead flow.
• Some routes, vehicle categories, and departure times may be available only upon confirmation.

2. Consumer information and contract details

Where required for distance/online contracting, the offer and any confirmation include essential information so you can identify the service provider and understand key contract terms. We provide information in line with:

• Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX, Стаття 13. Право споживача на інформацію про продукцію, Стаття 17. Право споживача на інформацію у разі укладення договору поза торговельним чи офісним приміщенням або дистанційного договору.
• Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 1023-XII, Стаття 14. Право споживача на інформацію у разі реалізації продукції поза торговельними або офісними приміщеннями, Стаття 15. Право споживача на інформацію про продукцію.
• Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII, Стаття 7. Правовий статус продавця (виконавця, постачальника) товарів, робіт, послуг в електронній комерції.

3. Availability and confirmation

• An estimate may be provided based on the details you submit (route, date/time, passenger count, and other request parameters).
• Final availability is confirmed after we review your request and confirm driver/vehicle assignment for the requested transfer.
• We may contact you to clarify details needed to perform the transfer safely and on time.

4. Pricing basis

• Prices shown before confirmation are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The final price is based on the confirmed order details at confirmation.
• Any changes requested after confirmation may affect the final price and/or schedule.

5. Customer obligations

• You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off information and contact details so the driver can reach you.
• Please ensure all passenger and travel details relevant to the transfer are correct at the time of confirmation.
• You must follow instructions of the driver regarding safety, timing, and meeting point procedures.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hostbridgelab.com and its personnel are not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits. We are responsible for improper performance only within the limits established by Ukrainian law and the terms agreed during confirmation.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be sent as soon as possible using the contact details in the footer.
• Whether any fee applies may depend on the distance to the scheduled pickup time and operational costs related to confirming the driver/vehicle.
• If you request changes after confirmation, availability may require a new confirmation and may affect price and timing.

8. Disputes and complaint handling

If you have a complaint related to the transfer, please contact us using the business details below so we can resolve the issue. Consumer rights and information duties are applied in accordance with the laws cited in Section 2.

If you believe your rights as a consumer were violated, you may also seek protection through the applicable consumer dispute mechanisms under Ukrainian law.

9. Privacy, cookies, and marketing communications

Our processing of personal data for requests and related site functions is governed by applicable Ukrainian law, including:

• Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.
• Закон України "Про електронні комунікації" № 1089-IX (for consent related to storing/accessing information on a user’s terminal equipment and for electronic communications opt-out requirements).

If you receive promotional electronic messages, you can opt out free and easily. Marketing messages require consent and must provide an opt-out mechanism.
